Our company is based on the belief that our customers are all-important! As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Nothing makes me happier than when brides from years past call for baby shower cakes, then for birthdays! I make certain that I continue learning the newest techniques and have just recently taken classes with Food Network stars Norm Davis, Colette Peters, and Julie Bashore. After over 25 years in the baking business, I am able to offer the very best in cake recipes and designs. Often I hear people say that they don't like fondant icing...and I can understand that! More often than not, cake decorators use "Wilton" brand fondant. Having been in the bakery business most of my adult life, I know what is available for the home bakers, and what professional bakers use! And it is NOT Wilton anything! I use the same brand as The Cake Boss, Ron Ben-Israel, Duff Goldman, and many others! If they endorse it, then you will be pleased!
Wedding cake prices start at $3.00 per person for buttercream-iced cakes, and $4.00 for fondant. Topsy-turvy are priced at $4.50 per person. *** Pricing may vary on a cake by cake basis, due to size, style, and the complexity of the design.*** Additional costs are flowers and fondant designs. To help with keeping within your bridal budget, ask about "kitchen" cakes! There is no extra charge for fillings, and my delivery fee is lower this year at $15.00 within the Lynchburg/South Boston area.
